Masseria Maime is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Salento. The company covers an area of about 500 hectares, of which 350 planted with vines and 85 olive trees, develops along the Adriatic coast, creating a unique landscape of vineyards that emerge between forests and pine forests and are lost sight Of eye to confusion with the sea.
In the estate there is a seventeenth century Masseria in the center of which there is a large yard used for grain storage and vinification.
Outside the walls you can see a small chapel of gentility, called S. Pasquale to Maime and dating back to the 17th century. The heart of the estate consists of the "Tormaresca Cellar", a structure with innovative features, reinterpreting the typical forms of Salento's vegetation, such as the sinuous curves of agave leaves and olive trees.
