Pasta salad with cream of black olives, tuna, cherry tomatoes and rocket
Ingredients for 4 people:
320 g of pasta, I prefer fusilli;
50 g of black olives drenched with oysters of olives already ready;
150 g of cherry tomatoes;
1 tuna floss (80 g);
Some basil leaves;
extra virgin olive oil,
Salt to taste.
It is a very easy to prepare pasta salad.
Cook the pasta to the tooth, always putting the dough in boiling water, avoid baking as you see on youtube.
Meanwhile, with the aid of a ground blender, black olives, adding a little oil evo.
In a salad bowl cut cherry tomatoes, add the tuna can of oil-free tuna and season with salt, oil and basil.
Once the pasta is ready, drain and season with the cream of olives so that the pasta absorbs all the cream then transfer the pasta into the salad with the cherry tomatoes and then add the rocket.
